Cinnabon Clone

Dough:
1 cup warm milk (110 degrees)
2 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup margarine, melted
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed.  Select DOUGH cycle and press start.  After the dough has doubled in size, turn it onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rise 10 minutes.

Filling:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, softened

In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.  Roll dough into a 16 x 21 inch rectangle.  Spread dough with butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar.  Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls.  Place rolls in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish.  Cover and let rise until nearly doubled (about 30 minutes).  Bake rolls at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Frosting:
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt

Beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla and salt.  Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.
