1 Tbsp yeast
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 Tbsp sugar
4+ cups of flour
1 Tbsp salt
1 egg beaten
coarse salt
Measure water, yeast, and sugar into mixing bowl, cover and let rise. Add flour and salt and mix. Let dough rise. Roll dough in to a pretzel shape (or any other shape you choose). Place on greased cookie sheet and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425* for 12 minutes.
