1 cup warm water
2 Tbsp vegetable or olive oil
3/4 tsp salt
3 cups bread flour
2 tsp bread machine
1 Tbsp cornmeal for dusting
Follow the manufacturers directions for the dough cycle on your bread machine. Bake at 400* for 20-25 minutes.

Banana Bread
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas
1 cup chocolate chips*
In a large bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. In separate bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Stir in eggs and mashed bananas until well blended. Combine with dry ingredients. Add chocolate chips, if you wish. Pour batter into lightly greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 65 minutes. Let cool for ten minutes and turn out onto a wire rack. Add 1/4 cup flour extra at high altitudes.

Mom’s Pizza Dough
1 Tbsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
1 cup warm water
2 cup flour, plus some
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 tsp gluten*
Mix yeast, sugar and water together and let rise in covered container. Mix remaining ingredients in mixer. Add yeast. Mix to form a soft dough. Spread a light coating of oil over pizza pan. Sprinkle corn meal on pan. Shape the dough into a flat piece then put in pan. Gently work the dough over the entire surface of the pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes to allow dough to rise. Remove from oven and add sauce, toppings and cheese. Return to oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

2 egg
6 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp regular active dry yeast
Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select DOUGH cycle. Shape dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.

6 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp regular active dry yeast
Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select DOUGH cycle. Shape dough into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Cover and let rise until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
Cinnabon Clone
Dough:
1 cup warm milk (110 degrees)
2 eggs, room temperature
1/3 cup margarine, melted
4 1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup white sugar
2 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
Place ingredients in bread pan in the order listed. Select DOUGH cycle and press start. After the dough has doubled in size, turn it onto a lightly floured surface, cover and let rise 10 minutes.
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, softened
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Roll dough into a 16 x 21 inch rectangle. Spread dough with butter and sprinkle evenly with cinnamon and sugar. Roll up dough and cut into 12 rolls. Place rolls in a lightly greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Cover and let rise until nearly doubled (about 30 minutes). Bake rolls at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.

1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
Beat together cream cheese, butter, sugar, vanilla and salt. Spread frosting on warm rolls before serving.

Measure water, yeast, and sugar into mixing bowl, cover and let rise. Add flour and salt and mix. Let dough rise. Roll dough in to a pretzel shape (or any other shape you choose). Place on greased cookie sheet and brush with beaten egg. Sprinkle with salt. Bake at 425* for 12 minutes.
